The event took place at the club in the Severny neighborhood of Krasnodar's Prikubansky district.The costumed performer arrived on a themed yellow-and-black motorcycle. On entering, he performed a short staged gag with a folded towel of the type the club provides to guests, before beginning a training session. The session included a warm-up, dumbbell biceps curls, overhead barbell presses for the front and middle deltoids, wide-grip pull-ups, hanging (inverted) barbell rows, vertical raises and inversions, and a treadmill run.
