Thailand, 9th Jun 2026 – ANUGA ASIA 2026 received an overwhelming response from buyers and food and beverage industry professionals from around the world, reaffirming its position as a leading international food trade platform in Asia and on the global stage, while playing an important role in advancing Thailand’s ambition to become a global food trade hub.Ms. Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, stated that THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2026 represents another major success in driving Thailand’s food industry onto the global stage, both in terms of trade, investment, and international business networking. Throughout the five-day exhibition, buyers and business professionals from 130 countries worldwide travelled to attend the event and explore sourcing, partnership, and business opportunities.“This year’s success reflects the fact that Thailand is not only a trusted source of high-quality food products, but also a hub connecting the global food supply chain. This included 1,385 Thai companies occupying 3,503 booths and 2,205 international companies occupying 3,207 booths.The exhibition welcomed a total of 158,243 visitors, comprising 94,685 trade visitors, including 74,305 Thai visitors and 20,380 international visitors.
