The organization’s mission is to reduce recidivism and strengthen communities by addressing the critical barriers that individuals face after release, including housing instability, unemployment, and untreated mental health challenges.The organization was founded by Yahaira Manon, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience working with individuals experiencing complex psychiatric conditions and trauma.
