United States, 18th Mar 2026 — Yaya’s Reentry Center, Inc., a newly established Florida nonprofit organization, has announced the launch of its structured reentry initiative designed to help individuals returning from incarceration rebuild stable, independent lives.Founded in 2025, Yaya’s Reentry Center operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 39-2952156) focused on providing transitional housing and comprehensive support services to adults reentering society after incarceration. The organization’s mission is to reduce recidivism and strengthen communities by addressing the critical barriers that individuals face after release, including housing instability, unemployment, and untreated mental health challenges.The organization was founded by Yahaira Manon, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience working with individuals experiencing complex psychiatric conditions and trauma. Through her work in behavioral health, Manon witnessed how lack of stable housing, limited access to mental health support, and insufficient guidance often contribute to repeated involvement in the justice system.“Reentry is one of the most vulnerable moments in a person’s life,” said Manon. “Without stability and support, individuals returning from incarceration can face overwhelming obstacles.
