Professor Brown received the decoration in a solemn ceremony as part of the Third Magistral Session of the House of Feigenblatt, an important yearly event focused on international education and regional policy. The event was presided over by The Much Honoured Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt of Braemar, Baron of Braemar, who currently serves as the Andean Parliament Special Envoy for Education.  Professor Chris Brown received the decoration from the hands of the Honorable Victoria Quintana, Member of the National Assembly of Ecuador, secretary of the parliamentary group for friendly relations with the United Kingdom, and Collar Member of the House of Feigenblatt. Professor Chris Brown is a Collar Member of the prestigious House of Feigenblatt having previously received Lord Braemar’s livery collar as a sign of his commitment and devotion.
