Atlanta, GA, United States, 24th Oct 2025 - Morgan Spencer, a 16-year-old entrepreneur from the United States and founder of Lotus Flo, has taken top honors at the Junior Teen Tank Competition during the prestigious On the Hill Summit in Washington, D.C. earning international recognition for her groundbreaking work to end period poverty and inspire a new generation of changemakers.Lotus Flo is a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing menstrual equity through sustainable product distribution, education, and global partnerships. Since its founding, the organization has impacted communities across the United States, the Bahamas, and Monaco providing PFAS-free menstrual products and vital menstrual health workshops for girls and women.A dedicated scholar and advocate, Morgan was a member of the Veritas Debate Team, which allowed her to compete at Harvard University for two weeks. During her time at Harvard, she deepened her studies in women’s rights and feminism, strengthening her resolve to create global change through education and advocacy.
