The event aims to attract and gather overseas returnees to innovate and start businesses in the Huang-Bohai New Area, supporting the development of a green, low-carbon, and high-quality demonstration zone.I. Participation RequirementsThe participants are high-level talents and teams from both domestic and overseas who intend to start (lead) businesses in the Yantai Huang-Bohai New Area. Specific requirements must meet the following conditions:(1) Candidates shall be the persons in charge of the entrepreneurial projects. The major he/she studied must be consistent with or similar to the project he/she will be implementing. He/she has not registered an enterprise in Yantai prior to the announcement of this competition and intends to establish cooperation or start a business in Yantai. He/she shall generally be no older than 60 years old. In principle, he/she shall have obtained a master's degree or above overseas or have overseas work experience (specifically: having worked in overseas universities or research institutions for over one year and held a position equivalent to a professor (as an expert or scholar); or having worked in technical or management roles at well-known foreign companies or institutions for over two years and held mid-to-senior positions as professional/technical personnel or business managers).
