CANADA VISA FOR BULGARIAN CITIZENSAny Bulgarian citizen visiting Canada briefly must secure a Canadian eTA visa. Alternative forms of travel necessitate an independent travel permit. The Canadian government launched an online visa exemption service for eligible countries in 2015. Bulgarian citizens are allowed to travel to Canada for tourism, business, or transit purposes without needing a visa. This only applies to inbound international flights to Canada. Bulgarian residents can visit Canada with a Canadian Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
